Do you offer warranty on labour?
Yes, a minimum of 30 day labour offered. Labour warranty varies and dependent on nature of work. A service administrator can provide labour details based on service requested.

Yes, warranty is offered on parts. This warranty is dependent on the part installed and manufacturer. A service administrator can provide labour details based on service requested.
Will the technicians wear protective personal equipment?
Yes. Technicians will arrive wearing the necessary PPE and observe social distancing guidelines.
How quickly can you arrange service?
We offer same day service within 1 – 48 hours. This is based on availability and time of day requested. You may request any time during operation hours that is most convenient for you.
If you are requesting same day service please call 647-794-5614 to confirm availability before booking.
You may also prepay same day service online. If the requested time is not available the service administrator will call you to reschedule.
How do I schedule a project?
You will receive an estimate by email. Should you decide to proceed with the project simply prepay the quote electronically by selecting the pay button on the estimate. A service administrator will call you to begin scheduling.

Why do I need to create a Landlord account?
Once your company is registered, invoices will be sent to your billing address. Invoicing is only available for Landlord accounts.
When are invoices due?
Total outstanding invoice payments are due within 30 days.
What do I do if I have a question about an invoice?
Send your questions in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org include the ticket number and relevant questions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All forms of credit card (PayPal) payments and cheques accepted. To pay an invoice electronically select the pay button on the invoice to pay via PayPal.

How do I pay for services?
You can conveniently pay for services online via PayPal at the time of booking. Minimum of 1.5 hours must be paid in advance. Should the service require more time than the prepaid 1.5 hours our team will follow up with you for the remaining balance. Balance will be charged to original payment method provided.
