Return Policy

Zip Marketplace products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Without exception products must be in their original package, include all certifications of authenticity, grading, all literature and appraisals if previously included.

Without exception we cannot accept any product(s) returned without original documentation or without preauthorization from ZipRepairman Inc Customer Service Team.

 

Without exceptions all products must also be in their original state. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, used or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

 

If the product returned does not fall within stated return standards and eligibility, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

Making Returns

Without exception we do not accept returns at our head office. Please use the only return methods for your order listed below.

 

 

Returns through Customer Service Team:

  1. Send email to service@ziprepairman.com with order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Customer Service Team may contact for further details.

  3. Via email Customer Service Team we will provide you with information on how to return the product and a return I.D. number. Returns cannot be accepted without this I.D.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email containing the return shipping label. Please attach this to the return packaging.

  5. We will notify you by email once the product is received and refunded. It may take up to ten (10) business days to process your return and credit your account.
